Deleting an organization
This article explains how to delete your organization in WhatPulse Professional, including the steps involved, what data will be deleted, and important considerations before proceeding.
⚠️ Data deletion is permanent
Once your data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes:
- All your keystroke and click statistics
- Computer and application data
- Usage history and trends
- Team/organization information
- All associated user accounts
This does not include automatically removing the WhatPulse software from your computers. You will need to uninstall the software manually from each device.
Grace period
We provide a 14-day grace period after you confirm deletion. During this time, you can contact our support team to cancel the deletion process.
Deleting your organization
Who can delete an organization
Only organization owners can initiate the deletion process. Organization administrators and regular members cannot delete the organization.
Step-by-step process
- Navigate to organization settings
- Log into your WhatPulse Pro account, if needed
- Go to Settings → Organization Settings
- Scroll down to the "Danger zone" section

Request deletion
- Click the "Delete organization" button
- You'll see a confirmation dialog explaining what will be deleted
- Click the confirmation button to proceed
Check your email
- We'll send a confirmation email to your registered email address
- This email contains a secure link that expires for security
- The email will also show the planned deletion date (14 days from confirmation)
Confirm deletion
- Click the confirmation link in your email
- You'll be taken to a confirmation page
- Click the confirmation button to finalize your request
- After this step, your organization will be deleted in 14 days
Grace period
- You have 14 days to change your mind
- Contact our support team if you want to cancel the deletion
- Your organization and all data will remain accessible during this period
Final deletion
- After 14 days, your organization and all associated data will be permanently deleted
- This process is automated and cannot be undone
What gets deleted
When the organization is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
Organization Information
- Organization name and settings
- All organization-level data
User accounts
- All user accounts associated with the organization
- Individual user statistics and data
- Login credentials and preferences
Computer and application data
- All registered computers
- Application usage statistics
- Click and keystroke data
- Network statistics
Historical data
- Usage trends and analytics
- All historical statistics
- Generated reports and exports
Canceling a Deletion Request
If you change your mind before the 14-day grace period ends:
- Contact Support
- Email support@whatpulse.pro
- Include your organization name and email address
- Request cancellation of the deletion process

Q: Can I recover my data after deletion? A: No, deletion is permanent. We cannot recover any data once the final deletion process completes.
Q: What happens to my subscription? A: Your subscription will be canceled when the organization is deleted. You won't be charged after the deletion date.

Data Privacy
We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. When you delete your organization:
- All data is permanently removed from our systems
- Backups containing your data are securely overwritten
- No personal information is retained after deletion
- The deletion process is logged for security purposes only
Remember: Deletion is permanent. Make sure you've exported any data you want to keep and that all team members are aware of the deletion before proceeding.
